Amherst Girls Rugby

The Mission of the Amherst Girls Rugby Team is to enrich the lives of all its members through their involvement with the program and the sport.

We strive to become the best rugby players that we can be, and to play at the highest level – both individually and as a team.  Being Student-Athletes we recognize that family and school come first, our priorities are;

                            “Family          School          Rugby”.

 

The team members strive to be positive ambassadors of Rugby representing their families, school, community, and their teammates – both on and off the field.

 

The program strives to promote the values of responsibility, accountability, commitment, discipline, and preparing Student-Athletes for success in future endeavors.  This leads to player character development including leadership, cooperation, teamwork, and loyalty.

 

We strive to create traditions that instill pride, impact individuals, and cultivate relationships through community service and partnerships.
